Hiker rescued with heat exhaustion in Scottsdale
Scottsdale and Phoenix Fire technical rescue teams were called to the Brown’s Ranch Trailhead at the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, north of Dynamite Boulevard and Alma School Road, around 2 p.m. According to the Scottsdale Fire Department, paramedics found a 50-year-old woman about 3.5 miles into the trail suffering from heat-related symptoms.
