FDA updates Meals Code for the 50 states

The U.S. Meals and Drug Administration has revealed the 2022 Meals Code Complement. The Complement updates the 2022 Meals Code with solutions from regulatory officers, industry, academia, and patrons at the 2023 Biennial Assembly of the Convention for Meals Protection.

The Meals Code and its Complement present the authorities and industry with purposeful, science-essentially based mostly controls for reducing the problem of foodborne illness in all retail and food service institutions.
