Lopeman’s current compensation package amounts to $163,000 annually, supplemented by benefits, within a district serving close to 9,000 students. Pending the outcome of this evaluation, there’s potential for her to receive an increment in salary.
Having extended her contract until 2026 back in May, Lopeman has been at the helm since 2018, striving alongside her team to enhance teacher retention rates, bolster student enrollment, and promote academic progress within the district.
Notably, Lopeman received a full 5% performance pay from the governing board in the previous year, in adherence to state regulations mandating performance-based compensation as a component of her overall remuneration.
