First Friday curfew goes into effect on April 4
The Phoenix Police Department announced a new curfew for kids who come out to First Friday in downtown Phoenix beginning on April 4. The department said the curfew is due to a rise in violent crime at previous First Friday events. CBS26’s Dominique Newland reports.
