Mother of GCU baseball player Zach Yorke taught him how to hit
Grand Canyon University first baseman Zach Yorke is a monster behind the plate and he credits his best hitting coach: his mother, Robyn Yorke. When she was in college, she was a four-time All-American at Fresno State for softball. His mom may not take credit for some of said Zach Yorke’s home runs but she deserves credit for the good eye, smooth swing and blistering line drives.
