4 Phoenix-area freeways to close for weekend construction
The Arizona Department of Transportation says this will be the last weekend of full closures for I-17 drivers heading up to the High Country or north Phoenix area. In addition, there will be closures along the Loop 101 Pima, Loop 101 Agua Fria and SR 143.
