CA wildfires: More deaths confirmed in blaze

As more help is on the way to Southern California to help crews there battle the devastating wildfires, more deaths and home destructions are being reported. Also, at least 20 people have been arrested for alleged looting. CBS26’s Steve Nielsen has more.
