Watch: Coast Guard rescues 2 men after fishing boat capsizes near Puerto Rico
Two men were dramatically rescued by the U.S. Coast Guard near Puerto Rico after their 24-foot fishing vessel ran out of fuel and capsized in rough seas about 5 miles south of Desecheo Island.
