Dog abandoned by owner in Pinal County; search is on for person responsible

Pinal County Animal Care and Control is looking for the owner of a dog who was abandoned outside its shelter. As the dog chased after his owners car, he was nearly hit running into the road. Luckily, he’s now safe.
