Raw video: Arizona officials announce arrests in armed vehicle thefts
Last month, Jorge Aguilar, Andrew Reyes, Luis Rodriguez and Douglas Zelaya were arrested in connection to a string of car burglaries and thefts in the West Valley. One incident caught on surveillance video shows a masked suspect pointing an AK-47-style rifle at a Waddell home while another breaks into a truck parked in the driveway.
