  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided

  • 1/4 cup butter, cubed
  • 1/4 cup all-cause flour
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups rooster broth
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) bitter cream
  • 2 cans (4 ounces every) chopped green chiles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Cook dinner pasta shells in keeping with equipment directions to al dente; drain and rinse in cool water.
