Court orders Arizona to release list of voters affected by registration glitch; Sec. of State plans appeal
Secretary of State Adrian Fontes says he plans to appeal a ruling that ordered Arizona to release a list of voters who were allowed to vote on a full ballot despite having unverified citizenship status. The state’s Attorney General has previously said that most of the people on the list are citizens.
