Suspect in Democratic National Committee office shooting in Tempe indicted for terrorism: MCAO
Officials with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office say Jeffrey Kelly has been indicted on terrorism charges in connection with incidents of shots being fired at a Democratic National Committee office in the East Valley.
