Group sues over Arizona initiative to protect abortion rights

Arizona Right to Life is suing to stop a November ballot measure that would enshrine access in the state constitution.
It’s different from their original lawsuit, which was filed earlier this month. The group is now focusing on what they say is “confusing and misleading” wording when trying to get people to sign the Arizona for Abortion Access petition.
