A Tucson man is in custody, accused of cyberstalking and threatening a University of Arizona student. Caleb Tifft sent a threatening Facebook message to the student and was banned from campus, police said. He later called the sheriff’s office, claiming that the student was planning a mass shooting, investigators said.
