Hundreds of Arizona foster kids relocating after group home contacts are not renewed

The Arizona Department of Child Safety is relocating hundreds of foster kids after not renewing contracts to over a dozen group homes. DCS says these contract decisions were made because the agency projects there will be fewer kids in need of congregate care this year.
