A domestic violence suspect is accused of hitting and killing a bicyclist as he was fleeing from law enforcement in Phoenix on Thursday evening. Jamarr Young was booked on 11 charges, including murder, leaving the scene of an accident with injuries, aggravated DUI and multiple counts of aggravated assault on a police officer. He was also charged with assault in connection to the original domestic violence call.
