Arizona Supreme Court takes case on DNA allowed in murder case
The Arizona Supreme Court agreed to hear whether crucial DNA should be allowed in the case of a man accused of murdering a Scottsdale woman in 2015. A county judge said the DNA should have been thrown out because it should have been destroyed months after an arrest but the state Court of Appeals overturned that ruling. Ian Mitcham is accused of beating to death Allison Feldman in her Scottsdale home nine years ago.
