Man sentenced to decades in prison for raping woman near ASU campus
The man who kidnapped and raped an ASU student near the Tempe campus sentenced was sentenced to 40 years in prison. Eric Todd Bell, 23, was convicted last month of five counts of sexual assault and one count of kidnapping. Bell was also required to register as a lifetime sex offender.
