Man arrested after woman said she was kidnapping in Mesa

A woman told DPS troopers eating at a Mesa Angry Crab Shack that a man kidnapped her, and after an hours-long search, he was arrested on Tuesday. It happened in the area of Guadalupe and Hawes roads. Investigators haven’t said what charges the suspect is facing.
