I-10 eastbound closed in downtown Phoenix due to fiery crash

Interstate 10 is partially shut down because of a fiery crash in downtown Phoenix. It happened on the eastbound side and those lanes are closed at Seventh Avenue. It’s unclear what led up to the crash.
