Makes 4¼ Cups

Warmth for 15 minutes over low heat

Directions:

  1. Halve the almonds, pit the peaches and roughly gash them.
  2. Plot in a saucepan with the honey and the water, and warmth for 15 minutes over low heat. Cast off from the heat.
  3. Off the heat, add the tea and infuse 8 minutes.
  4. Stress the mixture through a supreme-mesh sieve into a pitcher, space apart to chill, then relax.
  5. Revel in the iced tea with a drizzle of lemon juice.
