Iced White Tea with Peach and Almond

Makes 4¼ Cups
Warmth for 15 minutes over low heat
Directions:
- Halve the almonds, pit the peaches and roughly gash them.
- Plot in a saucepan with the honey and the water, and warmth for 15 minutes over low heat. Cast off from the heat.
- Off the heat, add the tea and infuse 8 minutes.
- Stress the mixture through a supreme-mesh sieve into a pitcher, space apart to chill, then relax.
- Revel in the iced tea with a drizzle of lemon juice.
