Residents forced out of run-down Glendale apartment complex

Some residents at the Glendale Manor apartments received a notice on their door saying their home was unlivable and they needed to vacate now. The city’s deputy manager says the complex is not up to code, with constant issues such as the stairs, electrical, air conditioning and plumbing.
