‘Civil War’ Movie is 100 Minutes of Pure Tension, Anxiety, and Terror

In the near future, California and Texas have seceded from the United States, forming the Western Forces (WF) and igniting a Civil War against the authoritarian federal government. As the war seems to be reaching its climax with the WF closing in on Washington, D.C., a group of journalists led by renowned war photographer Lee Smith (Kirsten Dunst) travels across the war-torn country to the nation’s capital to get an exclusive interview with the President of the United States (Nick Offerman).
