Raad Almansoori: Murder suspect to remain in AZ
A court commissioner in Maricopa County has sided with the Maricopa County Attorney to keep the suspect in two Valley stabbings and in Arizona. Besides his legal troubles in Arizona, Raad Almansoori has also admitted to murdering a woman in New York City.
