Phoenix Union faces $50 million lawsuit from family of football player who drowned in Show Low Lake
The family of a teenage Phoenix football player who drowned in Show Low Lake last summer just filed a $50 million lawsuit against the Phoenix Union High School District. “This is one of the worst cases I have ever seen of negligence from a school district,” the family’s attorney said.
