Spring training museum proposed in Mesa

It’s about to be spring training season, as pitchers and catchers are already reporting. Meanwhile, baseball fans are stopping by the Mesa Historical Museum to see an exhibit showcasing the history of the Cactus League in Arizona, and there are plans to expand that exhibit.
