Musicians are a colourful crowd, and since the Recording Academy doesn’t hesitate to remind audiences at every opportunity, the Grammys are “tune’s supreme night.” So it must even be limited surprise that outdated Grammys crimson carpets were the location of such unforgettable looks as Cardi B swanning about in archival Mugler and Shania Twain cosplaying as Toad.
