Organized crime ring could be behind burglaries in Scottsdale, Peoria

There have been nearly two dozen so-called “dinner-time burglaries” in North Scottsdale in recent months where a group sneaks in and out in the early evening hours after breaking a window or glass door and grabbing valuables from the primary bedroom. Now the crime ring that police believe is responsible, South American theft groups, could be linked to similar crimes in Peoria and other Valley areas.
