Attempted kidnapping in Glendale captured on video
The attempted kidnapping of a young girl in Glendale on Jan. 26 was captured on a neighbor’s surveillance camera near 43rd and Peoria avenues. Police say the suspect, 37-year-old Joseph Ruiz, has been booked into jail.
