Man acquitted of murder sues Phoenix police

Michael Turney, the man acquitted last summer in the murder of his stepdaughter Alissa Turney, is now suing the Phoenix Police Department, Maricopa County’s top prosecutor and now-former Maricopa County Sheriff Paul Penzone.
