Retired Arizona prisons boss faces sentencing on no-contest plea stemming from armed standoff

A former Arizona Department of Corrections director will be sentenced for his run-in with police at his Tempe home. Charles Ryan made a deal with prosecutors back in November which allowed him to avoid spending time in the prisons he used to be in charge of.
