- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 equipment (14-1/2 oz) nacho-flavored tortilla chips, beaten (about 4 cups), similar to Doritos
- 2-1/2 kilos chicken wingettes and drumettes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped inexperienced chiles, drained
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup chopped inexperienced onions
- Pickled jalapeno slices, elective
- Sour cream and guacamole
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Dwelling melted butter and chips in separate shallow bowls. Dip wings in butter, then in chips, patting to abet coating adhere. Dwelling in greased rimmed baking pans. Bake, uncovered, except juices flee obvious, 30-40 minutes.
- Layer half of the wings in a greased 13×9-in. baking dish. Top with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, inexperienced chiles and 1/2 cup salsa. Repeat layers with closing wings, shredded cheese, salsa, inexperienced onions and if desired, jalapeno slices.
- Bake except cheese is melted, 10-12 minutes. Help with toppings of your desire.
