Formulation
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons flooring sumac
- 1 teaspoon adobo seasoning
- 6 to eight pounds fully cooked smoked bone-in ham
- 1 cup chutney (Ideally Predominant Grey’s)
- 1/2 big sweet onion
- 1 can (12 ounces) ginger ale
Directions
- In a shrimp bowl, mix garlic powder, sumac and adobo salt; rub over ham. Unfold chutney over top; transfer to a 7-qt. slack cooker. Add sliced onions and ginger ale; quilt and cook dinner on low till a thermometer reads 140°, 6-8 hours.
