Work started at Albion Avenue in Southwick in 2021 however stopped when Westridge collapsed. Cheesmur has now taken abet an eye on of the positioning and expects to total the unique homes by summer 2024.
Cllr Carson Albury, Adur’s cupboard member for Adur Homes and customer services, acknowledged: “We urgently need more homes for native families. Getting the Albion Avenue style achieved will indicate dozens of our residents can luxuriate in better places to live and better lives from 2024.
“We have worked with Cheesmur on rather just a few initiatives and we’re happy that they are going to force ahead with this style to effect these extra council homes over the subsequent few months.”
