A2Dominion submits Bicester plans
The joint utility by A2Dominion and Thames Valley Police outlines proposals to tag land west of Howes Lane to salvage to 1,000 unique properties, land for a basic and secondary college, social and community services and products, and supporting infrastructure.
The proposals manufacture half of the broader Bicester eco-metropolis construction – A2Dominion’s Elmsbrook arrangement, comprising 413 non-public and realistic properties, shaped the initial phase of the advance.
A2Dominion and Thames Valley Police remain in discussions with Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council about ways to bolster infrastructure routes round Howes Lane.
