Vigil held for teen killed while riding his bike in Glendale
It’s been one year since a West Valley teen was hit by a driver on 47th and Northern avenues. Police say 13-year-old Elias Bizzle was riding his bicycle in Glendale when the car hit him while with his friends in a crosswalk. The boy’s parents said he was on his way home, which was only about a half-mile up the road.
