An Apache Junction woman says a health care provider signed her up for a medical credit card disguised as a payment plan for a hospital bill. Kerry Morgan says she never asked for the credit card and never signed anything for it. Morgan says in her case, that unwanted and entirely unexpected credit card dinged her credit score by 16 points. Susan Campbell has more.
