Parents want answers after attempted kidnapping at Arizona school

Parents want to know why the police allowed Clarkdale Elementary School students to walk home as a kidnapping suspect was still on the loose on Monday. Police said Micah Hines tried to abduct two fifth-grade girls. Hines was later arrested and made a disturbing confession. Angie Koehle reports.
