Suspects released after allegedly abandoning dog in Surprise

Police say a man and woman who turned themselves into the authorities after a video went viral showing someone dumping a dog on the side of a road near a walking trail in Surprise have been released on misdemeanor charges. On Monday, 20-year-old Logan Gambill from Wittmann and 26-year-old Priscilla Galanos from Phoenix turned themselves in.
