Rain cancels spring training game while Tempe Festival of the Arts continues, Flagstaff sees heavy snowfall

Rain in the Valley and snow in the high country influenced the cancelation of some events while the Tempe Festival of the Arts carried on with vendors doing all they could to protect their artwork.
