Iraq veteran in Laveen detained by ICE agents while running errands

Marlon Parris, who came to the U.S. from the Caribbean and served two tours in Iraq, served prison time after pleading guilty to a non-violent felony drug charge, but according to his wife, federal officials have previously said he would not be deported from the country.
