Father, son hit and killed while trying to gas up car on Loop 202
A Phoenix family is mourning the loss of a father and son who were killed on the side of the highway near the Loop 202 and Elliot Road. Authorities say they were filling a family vehicle with gas when they were hit by a passing car.
