Flying teen ends up in the wrong destination

Recently, we reported on a six-year-old who got on a wrong flight and ended up flying to a different state altogether. A similar incident, this time involving a 16-year-old, has happened within the span of one week. The teen was supposed to fly to Florida, but ended up in a U.S. territory in the Caribbean instead.
