‘Swarming’ legislation proposed to curb teen violence in Arizona

Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell joined Queen Creek leaders and state Rep. Matt Gress on Wednesday to discuss proposed tougher laws designed to combat teen violence and aggravated assaults
