Tougher laws proposed to reduce spike in teen violence around metro Phoenix

Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell is joining Valley-area law enforcement agencies and other community leaders on Wednesday to discuss a proposed law to combat teen violence and aggravated assaults.
