Arizona sheriff says confusion led to security lapse at Trump rally

Yavapai County Sheriff David Rhodes, who has coordinated security for three Donald Trump rallies, said “very serious miscommunication” led to law enforcement being surprised someone was on the roof during the assassination attempt on Trump.
