Cold case arrest culminates decades of detective work and collaboration

The detective work to bring in the suspect of a 20-year-old cold case spanned multiple agencies, countries and department heads but was led by the determination by Detective Dominick Roestenberg, who finally tracked down the suspected murderer of Elena Lasswell.
