First Lady Jill Biden was in Phoenix at a campaign rally for seniors while her husband was in Italy at the G7 summit chatting with Pope Francis. Former President Trump, meanwhile, was campaigning in the rustbelt, trying to win back voters in Michigan. Michigan and Arizona both flipped from red to blue in the 2016 and 2020 elections.
