Chandler passes ordinances cracking down on parties, brass knuckles
The Chandler City Council unanimously passed on Thursday two ordinances, one that cracks down on wild parties and the other that bans brass knuckles. The ordinances go into effect on June 24. Officials say there will be a campaign to tell parents and young people about the new laws and the punishments.
